I Know a Highwheeler in Tamaqua
Donald Serfass and I hung around together as kids. We had a group of kids that used to pal around. On my recent trip home, I was pleasantly surprised when I ran into Donald at a Heritage Days Festival. Donald gave us a personal demonstration of his new hobby....highwheeling.
