Tamaqua, Pa. Visit

The renovated Tamaqua train depot with Trinity Church in the background. I used to run through the train station as a kid and play there as it is right down the street from our house. Trinity Church was wear I attended as a child.

Sweet Shaylin says visit Brockton, Pa. and my Pappy and Grammy's New Home!

While in Pa. for the wedding of my nephew, I got to visit my brother Jay and his wife, Rosie's new home. Elias and I really enjoyed staying there and had a great time just relaxing and visiting with family and friends.

John Henne and Jessica Volturno Wed in Pittsburgh, Pa.

My husband, Elias, daughter Jessie and myself attended the wedding of my nephew and Godson, John Henne on Saturday, June 23rd in Pittsburg, Pa. The weather was perfect and we got to see many members of our family as well as friends who we have not seen in a long time. There was also a Jimmy Buffet "Parrot Head" National Convention at the same hotel. What a combination!

Our Philadelphia Girl's New Digs!

We visited our daughter, Jessie, this past week in the Manayunk section of Philly. Jessie lives in an old Victorian style home on the top floor (3rd). Now you may think it would be tiny but we were amazingly surprised. Press on the link below to view pictures of her pad!

Alex is Growing...

As you can see from the picture, our grandson is growing along with his mommy's belly. Our daughter Deborah and husband Eddy are getting ready to buy a new house so that they have room for Alex. Debi came to our house today to relax in the pool and give the baby his first floating lesson! :)

Tamaqua Company...

Today my nephew, Jay, and his wife, Gloria, along with friends came to our house. They drove in last week so that they could leave their trailer and take their Harley's to Key West. Today they came back for a bar-b-cue and then left for the drive back to Pa. Jay is seen chowing down on a turkey leg. We enjoyed their visit and wish they would have stayed.

A VISIT TO MANAYUNK, PA........HOME OF OUR DAUGHTER, JESSICA

Prior to spending Memorial Weekend in New York, we spent a little time at my daughter's new apartment in Manayunk, Pa. A beautiful town and perfect for our daughter.

We Went...We Saw...We Had a Ball! It Was WICKED in NY!!

Memorial Day weekend was spent in NY city with my girls. Oh what a wonderful time. Statue of Liberty...awesome....Brunch at Tavern on the Green....wonderful....World Trade Center area......unbelievable, emotional and spiritual..........Wicked on Broadway.....awesome! The weekend with my girls.....the best!
